We spent the afternoon with a pretty spunky couple, Emily & Ryan!! These two are definitely two peas in a pod and cute to boot!….and speaking of boots.  Emily has to be our favorite bride ever to wear hunting boots with an elegant white dress and still look ADORABLE!! Their story was definitely one of love at first site…well, it was for Ryan. He labeled Emily in his phone as “Emily, Love of my life”, the first night they met. It seriously doesn’t get any sweeter than that.  We are super excited about their wedding this June!!

Recently I had dropped my son off at his daycare and met a beautiful little girl who sat next to him at the breakfast table.  She was absolutely gorgeous!  When I walked back down the hallway towards my car to leave him for the day I had a very quick and new thought….what if that little girl was my sons wife?  It’s really too early to contemplate anything like that right?  And how many times does that happen, really?

Introducing Amy & Josh.  Aubrey and I were so blessed to meet them and hear their sweet story.  Yes…stories like that really do happen.  Amy & Josh have known each other since kindergarten and we had yet to know a story like this!  We had schedule their session a few more weeks out to include the beautiful clover fields, but the early spring had a different idea.  Our time with our bride and groom was well spent.  The sun roared out from the clouds as our no-rain-dance had taken effect allowing us to fall deeper in love with this amazing couple.

We look forward to their beautiful day to come!  Highly anticipated and long awaited, Amy & Josh will be wed in September and we are truly blessed to be a part of it all!

What a beautifully perfect day for a part deux of Jess and Nate’s sweetheart session. We were also accompanied by, Buddy, their super cute pup. Nathan received 1 million points for this special surprise gift to his lovely wife, Jess.  The last half of the first session was declared a rain-out so the sunshine in this session was quite exciting.  This couple is beautiful and powerful in so many ways with God’s sweet love pouring from their hearts to everyone they encounter. I am so very thankful to be friends with them and to watch them grow and become even more amazing!!!
